This Medallist development in the outskirts of Melbourne’s South offers a community lifestyle of 453 unique, architecturally designed homes with spacious views and a Greg Norman designed championship golf course.

We assisted in the calling of the first meeting of the strata and then took over the day to day management of the strata. It was a staged project over 3-5 years and we assisted the developer through each of these stages. Property Essentials undertook the Owners Corporation management.

Consulted on the setup of the Owners Corporation structure, budgets and rules and managed the project in its first years of operation.

Assisted the developer with establishing the Owners Corporation for this prestigious development. The development consists of two 18- hole champion size golf courses, club house, a “Peppers” Hotel Resort, an Australian Institute of Sport Facility and over 1,500 residential lots situated around the two golf courses.

Our involvement consisted in setting up the Strata Plans, budgets, strata fees, Rules and by-laws, of which was a staged project over a 3 year span. Included was the administrating and controlling of the builders working on the individual lots and protecting the common driveways, etc. We also assisted the Building Design guidelines and waste management. This was a staged project of over 2 years and we assisted them through all the staging and handover issues and undertook the Owners Corporation management.

This 181-hectare residential and golf development with two 18 hole golf courses (the Beach Golf Course and the Creek Golf Course) included a pro shop, restaurant and a winding housing estate. The Creek course was designed by the 6-time major winner Nick Faldo in conjunction with Tony Cashmore.

We created the master strata plan and all the budgets and levy schedules, the rules and by-laws and managed the everyday strata issues. We also assisted the developer call the 1st meeting of the strata and carried out all the resolutions made at that meeting. Property Essentials undertook the Owners Corporation management.
